Meet Our Residency Class of 2024-2025

It was a day filled with anticipation and excitement as we await our residency placements. For Pennsylvania College of Optometry (PCO) fourth-year Doctor of Optometry student, Daniel Hoffman, the moment of revelation brought a surge of joy and relief as he learned he would be joining the William Feinbloom Vision Rehabilitation Center housed at The Eye Institute (TEI) of Salus University for his low-vision residency for 2024-2025.

“The future of low vision is crucial for those who suffer, and I am eager to contribute positively to this profession,” he said. “Being part of this program will not only enhance my skills but also foster valuable connections and opportunities for me in the future.”

For fourth year PCO student, Adi Golan, the decision to pursue a residency at TEI was inspired by her positive experiences during externships and conversations with mentors. Golan’s enthusiasm for joining TEI’s team stems from her belief in the supportive environment and dedicated faculty members who are committed to her growth as a clinician.

“I believe that I will be working with a team of dedicated, knowledgeable doctors who are invested in furthering my education,” said Golan. “I know from this externship rotation that I will be in a positive, productive environment that will allow me to grow both clinically and professionally."
