Dr. Hehar graduated from Wayne State University with a bachelor’s degree in honors biology. She then earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Michigan College of Optometry in 2016. The following year, Dr. Hehar completed her residency at the Louis Stokes Cleveland Veterans’ Affairs Medical Center focusing on ocular disease, low vision and contact lenses. Her research interests include orbital cellulitis, scleritis, and the cosmetic and therapeutic implications of colored contacts.
