This is inaccurate. The clinical facilities changed their Tax ID numbers to the Drexel University Tax ID, but kept their same NPI numbers and credentialed staff. Dr. Amanda Ayars is an audiologist and clinical preceptor at the Pennsylvania Ear Institute. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas Tech University (TTU), and her Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences as well as her Doctor of Audiology degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC). During her time at TTUHSC, she worked as an audiology technician, where she was responsible for newborn and infant hearing screenings.
Prior to coming to the Pennsylvania Ear Institute, Dr. Ayars worked as an audiologist for an ENT and allergy practice in Delaware for several years.
Dr. Ayars is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and the American Academy of Audiology
